If you want to cancel your order, we'll try our best to help, but we can only do it if your order hasn't been packed and sent out yet. Just shoot us an email at support@everybambu.com with the subject "CANCEL ORDER #ORDER NUMBER" and let us know you want to cancel.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If not, we may not be able to issue a refund or may apply a restocking fee.

For returns made for store credit, we provide free return labels. If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, there's a processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please don't combine items with different return IDs. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return shipment.

If you happen to receive a product that's damaged or defective, no worries! Just let us know within 10 days of receiving it, and we'll sort everything out for you. Shoot us an email at support@everydaybambu.com along with your order number and some detailed photos showing the issue, and we'll take care of the rest. We're here to help make things right!

Wash with Care:
-Use cold water and a gentle cycle to wash your Cloudhug™ bamboo fabric items.
-Wash them inside out to minimize pilling and prevent potential damage to the fabric.
-For sleep bags, ensure they are zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting.

Detergent and Softeners:
-Use a minimal amount of a gentle detergent free of optical brighteners to avoid residue buildup.
-Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach, as bamboo fabric naturally stays soft after washing.

Drying:
-For optimal results, lay your Cloudhug™ bamboo fabric items flat to dry. Line drying is preferred to maintain texture and color.
-If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat to minimize heat damage.

Storage:
-Store your Cloudhug™ bamboo fabric items in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or moisture buildup.
-Avoid storing them in plastic containers or cardboard boxes, as these can trap moisture.

Absolutely not! Our special method for crafting vibrant colors is a trademark of Everyday Bambu. Every item undergoes a pre-wash process, ensuring that colors stay vivid and won't fade.

Our sleeping bags are intentionally crafted with extra length to accommodate your baby's sleep, kicks, and growth.
