How do I initiate a return?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days. Please reach out to us at support@everydaybambu.com

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If not, we may not be able to issue a refund or may apply a restocking fee.

For returns made for store credit, we provide free return labels. If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, there's a processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please don't combine items with different return IDs. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return shipment.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you happen to receive a product that's damaged or defective, no worries! Just let us know within 10 days of receiving it, and we'll sort everything out for you. Shoot us an email at support@everydaybambu.com along with your order number and some detailed photos showing the issue, and we'll take care of the rest. We're here to help make things right!
